A Help Desk and documentation resources based at the WRC can support trade unions and its members who wish to make complaints regarding issues relating to working conditions such as wages and leave, as well as unfair labour practices and retrenchment.

Twenty-seven (27) trained paralegals provide paralegal-related services such as counseling, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and representation. Sixty-six (66, 60% women) master trainers provide in-house and outreach labour education and capacity development activities, focused on workers’ rights, social dialogue, trade union administration, collective bargaining, and gender equality, among others.
