The WRC will conduct research on key issues relating to trade union organizing, collective bargaining and labour disputes.

The WRC is here to assist the professionalization of trade unions and federations by providing training and services for union members and workers. The WRC will deploy master trainers to train workers and potential organizers at factory-level on areas including the Bangladesh Labour Act, union organizing and administration, collective bargaining and grievance handling. The WRC will also develop a comprehensive union member database.
