The Paralegal New Batch 2025 of WRC represents a new generation of committed frontline legal support workers dedicated to protecting the rights of workers in Bangladesh. This batch has been trained to provide primary legal guidance, assist in preparing and submitting C-Forms, support workers through labour court procedures, and help them navigate complex administrative systems. With a strong understanding of labour laws and practical case handling, they act as a bridge between workers and the justice system—making legal processes more accessible, understandable, and less intimidating.
Working closely with factory workers, community members, and relevant institutions, the Paralegal New Batch 2025 is focused on strengthening access to justice at the grassroots level. Beyond case support, they raise awareness about workers’ rights, promote fair treatment, and follow up on ongoing cases to ensure accountability.
