WRC Board Of Trustees & Sub-Committee
The WRC Board of Trustees and Sub-Committees, formed in September 2025, provide structured governance and operational oversight to the Workers Resource Center. Following the formation of the new Board, five key sub-committees were established: Sustainability, Project Implementation, Procurement, Recruitment, and Audit. The WRC Chairman and Vice-Chairman serve as ex-officio members across all committees, ensuring coordinated leadership and strategic alignment.
Each committee plays a specific role in strengthening WRC’s institutional management-overseeing long-term sustainability planning, monitoring project execution, ensuring transparent procurement, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining financial and compliance oversight through audit functions. Together, they reinforce accountability, transparency, and effective governance within the organization.
