Crisis Leadership Training

The journey included crisis leadership training to strengthen decision-making, coordination, and communication during difficult workplace and community situations. This helped paralegals respond more confidently in times of uncertainty.

Refresher Training

Refresher sessions were organized to reinforce previously learned knowledge and sharpen practical skills in labour law, workers’ rights, leadership, and dispute resolution. This stage ensured continuity and strengthened confidence in field-level support.

FEB 2025

Training Module Development Workshop

WRC and partners held a workshop to identify skill gaps, understand field realities, and finalize topics for a stronger paralegal training module. This milestone laid the foundation for more relevant and effective capacity-building.

A new batch of paralegals completed a two-phase development training covering rights, labour law, gender issues, workplace environment, communication, leadership, documentation, and essential paralegal skills.

MAR & JUL 2025

IT Proficiency Training

Digital training strengthened paralegals’ IT competencies, including online complaint submission, data handling, internet use, cloud documents, and safe digital practices. This made their support work faster, more organized, and better suited to modern reporting needs.
